Fresh Flowers

As flowers are perishable goods, we do not accept returns without valid reasons. However, we will provide solutions within 7 days under the following circumstances:

  1. Quality Issues
    • If the received flowers are severely wilted, damaged, or significantly different from the order description
    • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence
    • We will offer replacements, exchanges, or refunds
  2. Shipping Errors
    • If you receive completely incorrect items
    • We will cover return shipping and provide the correct product

Non-Floral Items (Vases, Gifts, etc.)

We offer 7-day hassle-free returns:
✓ Items must be unused and in new condition
✓ Original packaging must be intact
✓ Proof of purchase required
✓ Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refund Process

  1. Contact customer service for return authorization
  2. Ship items back within 7 days of receiving authorization
  3. We will process refunds within 3-5 business days of receiving the return

Non-Qualifying Situations

× Damage caused by the customer
× Return requests made after 7 days

Refund Method

Flowers are natural products and may experience slight dehydration during shipping, which is normal. We recommend unwrapping them immediately upon arrival and placing them in fresh water.
